Anchor bolts projection must be according to design and threads to be clean.The welding quality must be checked using radiographic inspection such as X - Rays or Ultrasonic inspections. Anchor bolts shall be set perpendicular to the theoretical bearing surface unless shown otherwise. All stiffner plates are of 10 mm thickness unless otherwise noted .
