The following points are the details of the Billing Mesurement Pannel.  The panel must contain one or two meters as established in module 12 of the ONS network procedures, suitable for the type of consumer special or free, Power points must be provided for the equipment and for use in eventual maintenance, Provide lighting point inside the panel and resistance to eliminate moisture, The panel must include the entire communication system necessary to carry out the data collection in the meters, Provide auxiliary power supply in case of power failure, as specified in module 12 of the ONS.
