This is was basic school project and I managed to achieve a mark of 98%. Definitely a good template for any basic house design. Feel free to modify and use it as you please. The drawing is set to SADS (South African Drawing Standards) as I was in South Africa at the time. The design is both basic and modern that has been made handicap friendly for everybody's use.
