Measure might not be compatible with all smartphones out there, but we think it’s one of the nicer tape measure apps on the market. This one is a 300 meter or 1000ft tape measure, ruler, protractor and a goniometer, all in one application. Using Measure is just as easy as the rest of these tape measure apps — just move your phone from one point to another point, and then Measure — using some behind the scenes trickery, displays the distance or height difference between the two points, or the angle between them. Measure actually uses the phone’s accelerometers and gyroscopes to accurately measure how far you’ve moved your phone, and pulls a measurement from that.
