Description

This Architectural Drawing is Terrace plan for slope. According to prevailing practice, the slope should be 1 to 1.25 %. The thickness of the foam concrete fill at the spout end should be a minimum of 50 mm while averegae should be 100 mm. The vertical distance between terraces shall not exceed thirty (30) feet. The terraces shall have a minimum width of six (6) feet, but shall not exceed twenty (20) feet in width. Terraces shall be sloped from the top of the lower slope to the toe of the upper slope at a grade of ten (10) percent. Low- slope roofs typically have a minimum slope of one-fourth inch vertical to twelve inch horizontal (¼:12 or 2 percent) depending on the roofing material. Roofs are considered low-slope roofs up to 3:12 pitch. Low-slope roofs traditionally have been constructed with an asphalt built-up roof covering.
