A flanged fitting

This Architectural Drawing is of 6-12 inch  Flanged style pump. Flanges to ISO 7005 are internationally standardised. This standard series comprises DIN flanges (PN 2.5; 6; 10; 16; 25 and 40) and ASME flanges. This standard, however, also specifies DN and PN designations for ASME flanges (PN 20; 50; 110; 150; 250 and 420).  A flanged fitting is a type of connection used to join two or more pipes. Each of the pipes must be equipped with a flange, or raised ridge that runs around the pipe's outside perimeter. Installers connect the two flanges via compression using bolts, clamps, or other fasteners. For more details and information download the drawing file.
