This Architectural Drawing is of Remote vortex Dual flow meter. Wide-flange sections are manufactured in groups with a common set of inner rollers. Within each of these groups, the dimensions and properties are varied by increasing the overall depth of the section (thereby increasing the flange thickness) and then letting the web thickness increase as well. Let's start with the basics: The horizontal pieces are known as flanges, and the vertical piece is called the web. The flanges resist bending while the web takes on the shear force. An I-beam has tapered flanges with a narrower flange than most wide flange beams, making it a lighter building material. For more details and information download the drawing file.
