This Architectural Drawing is AutoCAD 2d drawing of Section of Ramp asses. The definition of a ramp is a sloped or curved surface that joins different levels. An example of a ramp is how someone in a wheelchair would get onto a sidewalk from a street. An example of a ramp is the sloping runway used to launch a boat into water from a trailer. ADA accessible ramps must maintain a minimum clear width of 36” (91.4 cm) at all times. The cross slope along the width of any ramp must be less than 1:50 or <2%. The 36” (91.4 cm) clear width must be maintained between all including handrails. For more details and information download the drawing file.
