In Western architecture, a living room, also called a lounge room, lounge or sitting room, is a room in a residential house or apartment  for relaxing and socializing. Such a room is sometimes called a front room when it is near the main entrance at the front of the house. In large formal homes, a sitting room is often a small private living area adjacent to a bedroom, such as the Queen's Sitting Room  and the Lincoln Sitting Room of the White House. The term living room was coined in the late 19th or early 20th century.

Ceiling design The most common type of ceiling is the dropped ceiling, which is suspended from structural elements above. Panels of drywall  are fastened either directly to the ceiling joists  or to a few layers of moisture-proof plywood which are then attached to the joists. Pipework or ducts can be run in the gap above the ceiling, and insulation and fireproofing material can be placed here.

A subset of the dropped ceiling is the suspended ceiling, wherein a network of aluminum struts, as opposed to drywall, are attached to the joists, forming a series of rectangular spaces. Individual pieces of cardboard are then placed inside the bottom of those spaces so that the outer side of the cardboard, interspersed with aluminum rails, is seen as the ceiling from below.

Garden design is the art and process of designing and creating plans for layout and planting of gardens and landscapes. Garden design may be done by the garden owner themselves, or by professionals of varying levels of experience and expertise. Most professional garden designers have some training in horticulture and the principles of design. Garden designer, Rev David Coles, further elaborated this definition at the Chelsea Flower Show (2018, BBC1, Chelsea) by stating that good garden design, while being on the one hand a “serious discipline” should embody a “playful creative mindfulness”. He postulates that successful garden designs enable transcendence from a physical sensory experience to a mindful awareness of being interconnected with nature.

A switchboard operator works for major companies, hospitals, and hotels where an influx of telephone calls are normally coming in. The operator assists callers by answering the line and connecting the caller to the correct person or department.
A distribution switchboard is the point at which an incoming-power supply divides into separate circuits, each of which is controlled and protected by the fuses or switchgear of the switchboard.

Gears are commonly used to transmit rotational motion between machinery shafts. When gears of different types and sizes are combined, they can change the rate of rotation, the direction of the axis of rotation, and change rotary motion to linear motion.1 a toothed wheel that engages with another toothed wheel or with a rack in order to change the speed or direction of transmitted motion. 2 a mechanism for transmitting motion by gears, esp. for a specific purpose.
Rack and pinion gear system is used to transmit rotary motion into linear motion. The rack is a portion of a gear having an infinite pitch diameter and the line of action is tangent to the pinion.
It is helical gear box used as pinion driver Gears are mechanisms that mesh together via teeth and are used to transmit rotary motion from one shaft to another. Gears are defined by two important items: radius and number of teeth. They are typically mounted, or connected to other parts, via a shaft or base A pair of gears are compounded if they have a common axis and are integral, such as gear A, B, C, D and E.
