Sectional Elevation drawing of a house.

Description

This Architectural Drawing is AutoCAD 2d drawing of Sectional Elevation drawing of a house. A sectional elevation is a combination of a cross section, with elevations of other parts of the building seen beyond the section plane. Geometrically, a cross section is a horizontal orthographic projection of a building on to a vertical plane, with the vertical plane cutting through the building. The difference between Interior Elevations and Sections is that Interior Elevations start at the finished floor elevation and stop at the ceiling. Interior Elevations show individual walls in specific rooms, whereas Sections cut through floors showing multiple rooms stacked on top of each other.
