1. all electrical works shall be done in strict conformity with the latest edition of the philippine electrical code (pec) the requirement of the manila electric company (meralco), the rules & regulations of local and national authorities concerned in the emforcement of electrical laws .
2. all electrical works herein shall be done by qualified electrician and shall be under the direct supervision of duly licensed, electrical engineer.
3. all materials & equipments to be used shall be brand new & approved type for both intended location & purposes.
4. mounting height shall be as follow (from finish floor line to the center of devices.
     lighting panel board = 1500mm
     convenience outlet (co) = 300mm
     light control switches = 1480mm
