Flashing Lateral Details.

This Architectural Drawing is AutoCAD 2d drawing of Flashing Lateral Details. Flashing is a thin layer of waterproofing that eliminates upward-facing seams, crevices, gaps, or spaces where moisture could collect and seep past the barrier. Jamb flashing should be installed on each side of the doorway. A self-adhered membrane flashing should be used. The jamb flashing should extend over the threshold flashing and extend a 6-inch minimum above the top of the doorway opening on each side.  For more details and information download the drawing file.
