First floor structural plan layout of a house building.

Description

This Architectural Drawing is First floor structural plan layout of a house building. A framing plan is a plan that's designed to show the locations, materials (e.g. steel, timber), sizes, spacings and numbers of the structural elements that will be used to build your house. Framing plans for floor and roof construction can be derived directly from the floor plan and must incorporate all information that deals with the configuration of the building. Further, the framing plan shows the layout of the supporting features such as bearing walls, columns, beams, and girders. The floor framing plan (Figure 7-34) is a plan view of the layout of girders, beams, and joists. Joists and double framing are drawn in the position they will occupy in the completed building. Joists do not need dimensions at every location. For more knowledge and information download the drawing file.
